I used up two cans of clams and one bottle of clam juice making clam chowder. Not sure how long those were in the pantry. Didn't spend any money this week. As I'm looking through pantries and drawers, I'm find more things that need to be used. I think we can easily make it through two months without buying groceries. One of the things I'm going to stop doing is buying "trendy" items to cook with. Spices that I will probably not use again, won't get bought. I'm going to focus on Japanese and American comfort foods.

Foods we ate this week:

Steak, broccoli and potatoes
meatballs in cranberry sauce, rice, veg
leftovers
bbq chicken, rice, mixed veg
clam chowder, fresh bread

I fast two days a week and Hubby fends for himself.
